CARPD is a 501c(6), not-for-profit organization that is solely dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of recreation and parks in California.  We understand the challenges unique to our industry and strive to support our members in fulfilling their role as providers of quality recreation programs and park facilities in their respective communities.  We also advocate for legislation and funding that helps our Districts continue to grow and provide more and better opportunities to their constituents.  No other organization is exclusively focused on protecting the interests of recreation and park districts in this State.
