Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

Under direct or general supervision, provides a variety of marketing activities including social media posts, content creation & management, copywriting press releases, website editing, graphic design, photography & videography, including interacting frequently with the public and providing information; performs other duties as assigned.

Blend your professionalism with your humor & wit creating daily social content. #PlayForALiving as you cover the various events, programs & facilities TDRPD has to offer while maintaining our sites and digital presence with accurate and helpful information. Find fun ways to connect & begin new conversations with our mountain community. Get a chance to be creative by developing stories for multiple channels – including print and radio – that will resonate with our community.  

This is a part-time benefited position (38 hrs per week) with flexible schedules and benefits that include health, dental, eye and TDRPD access & discounts to programs and facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and create a lasting impact on the Truckee community.
