The CARPD Annual Conference is headed to Monterey in 2026 (May 27th - May 30th, 2026)! We would like to invite our community of parks and rec industry professionals to take the stage and share their valuable insights with our attendees.  

You are invited and encouraged to submit educational session proposals for the 2026 CARPD Conference by December 31, 2025. 

Session Format & Logistics

• 60-minute speaker sessions.
• Audience includes District Board Members, General Managers, and other District Staff members from throughout California.
• Sessions will be held on Thursday (May 28th) and Friday (May 29th).
• Podium, microphone, screen, and laptop for presentation provided.
