Do any current CARPD Member Districts assign and collect a "Master Plan and/or Tech surcharge" on your service fees, that are intended for partial funding of District Master Plan updates or Technology equipment replacement?

If so, and you're willing to share, please provide detailed information (ex. current surcharge percentage or amount; adoption date; and surcharge methodology).
