Position Summary:

Truckee-Donner Recreation and Park District is excited to announce a new position in the District to support the General Manager as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant is a professional member of the team that will be responsible for providing a wide variety of office administrative and clerical support to the General Manager which could include complex, sensitive, and/or confidential information and knowledge to support TDRPD’s programs and projects. The Executive Assistant will act as the first point of contact for the General Manager and will provide information to the public and staff that will require considerable knowledge of District services, policies, and procedures.
