2024 CARPD Conference - What to Know Before You Go

We are excited to see you at the CARPD Conference in Santa Rosa. Here's a little more information about what to expect and also what you may want to bring.

What to Expect

The Conference and all related events will be held on the grounds of the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country in Santa Rosa, CA.

Conference Registration

Conference Registration table is open from 3:00PM -5:00PM on Wednesday, May 22nd in the Alexander Valley Ballroom III & IV. Come by and pick up your program, name badge, and SWAG bag. Registration will reopen at 7:30AM on Thursday.

Weather

Weather is currently projected to include highs in the 70s and lows around 50, with winds that may reach 10 mph on some days.

Attire for the Conference - Business casual

Thursday Daytime (5/23)

Business Casual
Lunch will be outdoors in the Knights Valley Garden.

Thursday Evening (5/23)- Sponsor’s Reception & Awards Banquet

Semi-Formal affair (i.e. jacket, dress slacks, tie optional, etc.)
Reception will be outdoors, Banquet will be indoors in the Alexander Valley Ballroom I & II. Pack accordingly!
Bringing a guest for the Banquet? Register and pay ($50) in advance HERE.

Friday (5/24)

Wear a shirt with your District's logo. Rep the brand loudly and proudly!
Lunch will be outdoors in the Knights Valley Garden.
Evening reception will be outdoors. Please join us to meet and honor CARPD Legislator of the Year, Assm. Lori D. Wilson!

Raffle

We are still looking for more raffle donations! If you or your District would like to donate, please bring your items to the Registration Table on May 22nd.
