The CARPD Inaugural Golf Tournament is almost here!

We are excited to see you on Wednesday, May 27th at the Del Monte Golf Course! To ensure a smooth day on the links, please review these updated details.

Logistics & Arrival

• Location: The golf course is conveniently located adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Monterey, the venue for our Conference. It is a short walk from the lobby, but bell service is available upon request to take you and your clubs, if necessary.
• Check-In: The registration table will be located at the Pro Shop. Please check in at least 30 minutes before your assigned tee time. We will also provide you with your Conference name badge and Welcome Reception ticket(s) at that time.
• Tournament Kick-off: 11:00 AM sharp. Tee times and tentative groupings are included in the link below. 

Tournament Format & Pace

• Format: This will be a 4-person Scramble with a staggered start. Tournament rules will be provided at registration.
• Duration: We estimate approximately 4 hours per round.
• Pace of Play: Please help keep the day moving by staying on pace with the group ahead of you. The tournament is expected to conclude between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.

Food & Beverage

• Beverage Cart: A cart will make approximately four rounds during the tournament. Please note that golfers may purchase their own food and drinks from the cart.
• Del Monte Bar & Grill: Open for food and drink purchases prior to and during your round. :)

Attire & Weather

• Dress Code: Collared shirts are required. No jeans. Golf shoes are recommended, but tennis shoes are acceptable.
• Weather Watch: We're expecting highs in the mid-60s...perfect golf weather!

Contests & Awards

• Competitions: Long Drive (Men & Women) and two Closest to the Pin contests.
• Awards Ceremony: Prizes and award winners will be announced during the Thursday evening Conference Banquet.

What to Bring

• Golf Club Rentals: If you need to rent a set, please contact us immediately so we may confirm with the Course. Rentals are $87.88 (includes tax and a sleeve of balls).
• The Essentials: Golf balls, sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle. We're looking forward to it.

If any of our sponsors have extra swag items, such as tees, golf balls, or bags,  that you would like to contribute to the tournament, we would greatly appreciate it! We also welcome contributions of water or snacks to help keep everyone fueled on the course!
