CARPD President's Message - September 2024

Dear Members,

As summer comes to a close, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible work each of you has done over these past few months. The dedication and hard work of our special districts have truly shone through, making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

With the changing season, I’m excited to see what everyone has planned for the fall and winter months. This is an excellent opportunity to continue building on the successes of summer and to introduce new programs and initiatives that will keep our communities engaged year-round. At CRPD, we are proud of the work we’ve done this season, including our popular Adult Sports Leagues, our Cordova STEAM Preschool and our brand new Barktoberfest event. These efforts have brought our community closer together and provided memorable experiences for all ages.

As always, I encourage you to share your exciting plans and innovative ideas for the upcoming seasons. We’re eager to learn from one another and continue growing as a strong and supportive network.

Thank you again for your continued dedication, and I look forward to seeing all the great things we’ll accomplish together this fall and winter.
