Summer Recreation Positions (Part-Time/Temp) - City of West Hollywood

The City of West Hollywood has several Part-Time Temporary Recreation Positions for Summer 2024.

The City of West Hollywood is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to support, deliver and coordinate recreation programs, events and services that enhance the quality of life enjoyed by the community. Seasonal positions include:

Recreation:

PT / Temporary Recreation Leader I
PT / Temporary Recreation Leader I (Camp)
PT / Temporary Recreation Aide (Camp)

Aquatics:

PT / Temporary Aquatics Aide
PT / Temporary Lifeguard

Salary: $19.60 - $29.36 Hourly (differs by position)

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Important Dates:

Mandatory Group interviews*: Saturday, March 23rd
Mandatory Recreation Summer Staff Training: Tuesday, May 28th - Wednesday, May 29th (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Mandatory Summer Camp Training: Thursday, June 13th (8AM - 5PM)
Summer Camp Dates: Monday, June 17th - Friday, August 9th

*Selection process: As part of the selection process, qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a group activity assessment and an interview with the Recreation Leadership Team. The group activity assessment and interviews will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
